With our premium panel configuration, we combine steel support members with EPS rigid foam panels, delivering a rigid, light wall system which installs much faster and provides incredibly strong structural framing, superior insulation, exterior sheathing and vapor barrier all in one step. Additionally, our panel systems can be configured with wood studs or even a special hybrid configuration with steel studs on the exterior and wood studs on the interior side.
Also, by virtually eliminating thermal bridging and greatly mitigating air infiltration, we guarantee optimized energy efficiency and year-round comfort in residential and commercial structures.
The EPS foam used in our panels maintains a constant R-value throughout the life of the structure. Our panels won’t shrink or diminish in any way over time and they are easy to modify on the job site.
Easy to Implement
SSIP panels are easy to install and alter and are ideal for industrial and commercial applications. These energy efficient panels are available in thicknesses from 4″ to 12″ for optimal sound attenuation and energy efficiency. These widths are designed to accommodate standard door and window installations seamlessly and without modifications. Available widths 3-5/8” to 4′.
SSIP can be combined with our structural steel framing for even greater flexibility and ease of procurement.

MegaSPAN
MegaSPAN is a deep steel deck pan that bonds with concrete and steel rebar to create composite action. This composite technology allows the system to reach long-spans up to 30’ – 0” economically. The system has other advantages such as it acts as a working platform and formwork during construction, therefore eliminating traditional formwork requirements, on-site framing and reducing construction time.
MegaSPAN is a robust system that uses less rebar, minimizes concrete, and provides excellent fire and acoustics performance.

IMBIBER BEADS® SUPERIORITY
Our hydrocarbon aBsorption products completely control and imbibe the liquid, reducing toxic fumes and vapors up to 600% and lowering the concentration of hazardous vapors release to below the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) thereby reducing the risk of explosions.
IMBIBER BEADS®, meets ASTM International Standards as a super aBsorbent polymer and is the common tie in all of our environmental cleanup and mitigation products.
IMBIBER BEADS® are spherical plastic particles that ‘IMBIBE’, drink–in or aBsorb a very broad cross section of the organic chemical spectrum.
The polymer particles are solid (about the size of a salt or sugar granule). There are no pores or voids to fill (as in a sponge).
Once contact has been made with a compatible liquid, the IMBIBER BEADS® drink the liquid into their solid structure and in so doing, swell. This can be up to 27 volumes per original IMBIBER BEADS® volume with some liquids.
The IMBIBER BEADS® will not release liquid, not through compression, gravitational pull, not even when cut in half. The liquid is held in the molecular structure – not in droplets.
Engineered for both land and water based spills, IMBIBER BEADS® aBsorb over 1,000 different organic chemicals.
